摘要
电石渣是以电石为原料,与水反应生成乙炔气后剩余的富含氢氧化钙的工业废渣。若电石渣直接堆放或填埋,不仅占用大量土地资源并使土地盐碱化,而且严重污染环境且危害人体健康。本文总结了提纯电石渣的化学及物理方法,为电石渣在化工、建材、环保等领域的应用生产出品质优良的高附加值产品提供了依据。
Calcium carbide slag is an industrial waste rich in calcium hydroxide remaining after calcium hydroxide is used as a raw material to react with water to generate acetylene gas. If the calcium carbide slag is directly stacked or buried,it will not only occupy a large amount of land resources and make the land salinized,but also seriously pollute the environment and endanger human health. This article summarizes the chemical and physical methods of purifying calcium carbide slag,and provides a basis for the application of calcium carbide slag in chemical industry and building materials,environmental protection and other fields,to produce high-quality and high-value-added products.
