摘要 设计分析了一种大跨度钢架连廊临时胎架,可用于解决大跨度钢架连廊施工的若干技术关键问题。随着空间结构的不断创新,大跨空间结构成为反映一个国家建筑科学技术水平的重要标志。由于大跨空间结构的施工往往要借助临时搭设的胎架才能完成,所以对胎架结构进行设计和研究具有重要的意义。基于苏州阳澄湖景区配套酒店项目的结构实际工程,为了保证大跨度钢架连廊临时胎架在施工过程中的安全性,通过SAP 2000有限元分析软件对其结构的强度、刚度和稳定性进行分析,为大跨度钢架连廊临时胎架的设计提供参考。 A kind of temporary jig for long-span steel frame corridor is designed and analyzed,which can be used to solve some key technical problems in the construction of long-span steel frame corridor. With the continuous innovation of spatial structure,the long-span spatial structure has become an important symbol to reflect the level of building science and technology of a country. Because the construction of large-span spatial structure often needs the help of temporary jig to complete,so the design and research of jig structure is of great significance. Based on the actual structural engineering of the supporting hotel project in Yangcheng Lake scenic spot,Suzhou,in order to ensure the safety of the long-span steel frame corridor temporary jig frame in the construction process,the strength,stiffness and stability of the structure are analyzed through SAP2000 finite element analysis software,so as to provide reference for the design of the long-span steel frame corridor temporary jig frame.
