山东审定白菜种质特性分析及探讨

Phenotypic Diversity Analysis of the Chinese Cabbage Germplasm Certificated in Shandong Province and Its Breeding Trend

摘要 目的:分析山东省农业农村厅审定的春白菜、夏白菜和秋白菜品种的表型特征、商品性和推广度,方便农户选种的同时,指导后期育种需求。内容:对审定白菜品种的各个数量和质量性状的最小值、最大值、平均数、标准差和变异系数进行了统计,以描述审定品种总体特性和各个品种的特性。结果:审定品种中以秋白为主;不同性状的差异性在秋白品种中也最显著,但以春白的维生素C含量、秋白的单球重和可溶性糖的变异最大,但不同品种对病毒病和霜霉病抗性变异系数最高,尤其对秋白的病毒病病情的变异系数最高达到107.26%。并且根据春白、夏白和秋白栽培要求,对现有的审定品种进行了分析推荐。 Objective: To facilitate the breeding selection and orients the future breeding, the phenotypic,commodity and promotion of the certified spring, summer and autumn cultivars of Chinese cabbage were analyzed.Methods: The minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the quantitative and qualitative character of these certificated species were calculated and used for the description of these characters.Results: More autumn cultivars with the most divergences were authorized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, with the most divergences. In detail, the first three discrepancy of quantitative phenotype were the content of Vitamin C of spring variety, the single weight of each autumn variety, and the content of the soluble sugar in summer variety. For the resistant of these varieties, the highest coefficient of variation was observed in autumn varieties, with 107.26%. Besides, the suitable varieties were recommended according to the requirement of cultivation. In total, the study reorganized the biodiversity of the varieties and point the direction for breeding.
