摘要
为解决基于非线性滤波的压缩感知计算机断层成像(CT)重建中图像收敛速度慢的问题,基于频率域的CT图像重建算法作为一种新型方案被提出。把低通频率滤波器嵌入算法正则化项的求解过程中以替代原有空间域的非线性滤波器。文章采用真实口腔CT平扫图像来验证算法的有效性。仿真实验结果表明:CT图像重建过程中,新方案可以在稀疏投影数据重建中大幅度降低重建图像所需时间,且图像的细节纹理信息可以较好地得到保留。
In order to solve the problem of slow convergence in computed tomography(CT)image reconstruction which is based on nonlinear filtering compressed sensing,a CT image reconstruction algorithm based on the frequency domain,is proposed as a new scheme.The low-pass frequency filter is embedded in the solution process of the regularization term of the compressed sensing algorithm to replace the original spatial domain nonlinear filter.Real oral CT plain scan images are used in this paper to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Simulation results show that in the process of CT image reconstruction,the new scheme can substantially reduce the time required to reconstruct the image in the reconstruction of sparse projection data,and the detailed texture information of the image can be better preserved.
