摘要
大数据分析技术引入房地产市场以后,可以为企业的市场营销提供更多信息。本文从当下大数据分析技术的应用内容进行分析,说明了国内房地产行业的发展现状,并研究了大数据分析技术对房地产经纪行业发展的积极影响与消极影响。
After the introduction of big data analysis technology into the real estate market, it can provide more information for the marketing of enterprises. This paper analyzes the current application content of big data analysis technology, explains the development status of domestic real estate industry, and studies the positive and negative impact of big data analysis technology on the development of real estate brokerage industry.
