摘要
滁州创新示范基地二期工程EPC项目电池车间为快速建造项目,电池车间在钢结构吊装阶段新增现浇钢筋混凝土结构地下管廊,为保证在低温环境下厂房地下管廊快速施工,采用钢承板现浇钢筋混凝土顶板技术,解决了低温环境下地下管廊支模架和模板材料拆除慢、受限空间材料清理困难等难题,保证了地下管廊的快速施工,为同行业类似工程施工提供一定的参考和借鉴。
The battery workshop of the second phase of the Chuzhou Innovation Demonstration Base is a rapid construction project.The battery workshop adds a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure underground pipe gallery during the steel structure hoisting stage.In order to ensure the rapid construction of the plant’s underground pipe gallery in a low temperature environment,a steel bearing plate is used.The technology of pouring reinforced concrete roof for rapid construction solves the problems of slow removal of support formwork and formwork materials of underground pipe gallery under low temperature environment,and difficulty in cleaning materials in confined spaces.It ensures the rapid construction of underground pipe gallery and works for similar projects in the same industry.Provide a certain reference and reference.
