摘要
目的建立一种快速检测枣仁安神胶囊中非法添加三唑仑、艾司唑仑及阿普唑仑的方法。方法采用薄曼联用仪分别对三种化学成分进行点样点胶比、激光功率、积分时间的考察,通过模拟阳性样品实验考察枣仁安神胶囊基质对添加成分的影响,并进行三种化学成分的检测限研究。结果确定了三唑仑、艾司唑仑及阿普唑仑拉曼光谱检测条件,最佳点样点胶比分别为1∶1、3∶2、2∶2,最佳激光功率分别为90%、90%、80%,最佳积分时间分别为25s、30s、20s;优选出了三种添加成分的检测限。结论该法专属性强、灵敏、快速、简单,有望成为现场快速检测镇静安神类中药添加唑仑类化学成分的新方法。
Objective Trying to establish a method for the rapid detection of chemical constituents(such as Triazolam,Estazolam,and Alprazolam)which were added in Zaoren Anshen Capsule.Methods The sample-gel proportion,laser power and integration time of the three chemical constituents were investigated by TLC-SERS.The effect of the matrix of Zaoren Anshen Capsule on the added components was studied by the simulated positive sample experiment.The detection limits of three chemical components were studied.Results The Raman spectroscopic detection conditions of triazolam,estazolam and alprazolam were determined.The optimum sample-gel proportions were 1∶1,3∶2 and 2∶2,the optimum laser powers were 90%,90%,80%,and the optimum integration times were 25 s,30 s and 20 s.The detection limits of three additives were optimized.Conclusion This method is specific,sensitive,rapid and simple.It is expected to be a new method for rapid detection of zolam compounds added in sedative and tranquilizing traditional Chinese medicines.
