摘要
大学生创业竞赛具有频次高、周期短、失败次数多的特征,失败后调整再参赛也是常态。已有研究较少探索哪些因素影响大学生从竞赛经历中恢复和调整。根据失败修复理论构建研究模型,通过317份有创业竞赛失败经历的大学生的数据调查发现:竞赛失败后的情绪修复、认知修复和行动修复对提升学生失败再参赛意愿具有显著正向影响,失败程度在上述关系中起到负向调节作用,削弱再参赛意愿。文章通过对大学生创业竞赛失败情境的研究分析丰富了失败修复理论,对高校创业教育改革和管理、政府政策制定以及大学生学业规划和成长提供启发,尤其注意强化心理教育、提供竞赛指导和拓宽竞赛信息获取渠道等方法帮助学生进行失败修复,激发失败再参赛意愿,构建以创业竞赛为中心的高校创业教育体系。
College students entrepreneurship competition has the characteristics of high frequency,short cycle,many failures,and after failure adjustment and re-entry is also the norm.There have been few studies to explore which factors affect college students’ recovery and adjustment from the competition experience.Based on the theory of failure repair,through 317 data surveys of college students who have experienced the failure of the entrepreneurship competition,it is found that:emotional repair,cognitive repair and action repair after the failure of the competition have a significant positive impact on the promotion of students’ willingness to fail and re-enter the competition,and the degree of failure plays a negative role in regulating the above-mentioned relationship and weakening the willingness to re-enter the competition.Through the research and analysis of the failure situation of college students’ entrepreneurship competition,this paper enriches the theory of failure repair,enlightens the reform and management of college entrepreneurship education,government policy formulation and the academic planning and growth of college students,pays special attention to strengthening psychological education,providing competition guidance and widening the channels of competition information access to help students to repair failure,stimulate the willingness to compete again,and construct a university entrepreneurship education system centered on entrepreneurship competition.
