摘要
本文以服务设计理念为基础,针对用户对医院信息化服务系统的需求进行了调研。通过"就医流程分析+用户旅程图+服务蓝图"的逻辑,文章梳理了医院信息化服务系统的痛点及机会点,并对医疗智能服务终端进行改良设计,旨在提高医院门诊工作效率,为患者提供更加便捷、有效的服务,为医疗服务发展提供一定参考方向。
Based on the service design concept, this paper investigates the needs of users for the hospital information service system. Through the logic of “medical treatment process analysis + user journey map + service blueprint”, the authors sort out the pain points and opportunities of the hospital information service system, and improve the design of the medical intelligent service terminal, aiming to improve the efficiency of the hospital outpatient service and to provide patients with more convenient and effective services, as well as to provide a certain reference direction for the development of medical services.
