摘要
利用红色资源,加强红色基因教育,坚定医学生理想信念,是新时代传承红色基因,赓续红色血脉的迫切要求,是高校思想政治工作的重要抓手。目前,本校的红色基因教育存在方式单一、载体不足等现象,而利用桂林红色资源,打造红色基因教育“六个一”精品课程,将红色基因教育和文体活动相融合,多元化形式和载体,从提高认识、系统推进、把握规律、丰富载体、保障质量等方面着力,使红色基因教育融入高校思想政治工作,促进育人工作提质增效,培养高质量医学人才。
As the significant factor of the college ideological and political work,the application of red resources to strengthening the red gene education and firming the medical students’ideal and beliefs is the urgent requirement of inheriting red genes and continuing red blood in the new era.At present,there are some limitations in red gene education in our university due to the single mode and insufficient publicity carriers.Therefore,the utility of Guilin’s red resources to construct six“ones”quality course can be an efficient way to guarantee the quality and efficiency of college ideological and political work.In the process,the red gene education can be integrated with cultural and sports activities by way of heightening awareness,progressing systemically,grasping essences,enriching publicity carriers and ensuring quality,which will consequently promote the education work to improve quality and efficiency,and cultivate high-quality medical talents.
