摘要
目的:观察吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗直肠前突以及直肠黏膜脱垂患者的效果。方法:将直肠前突以及直肠黏膜脱垂患者92例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。观察组患者采用PPH治疗,对照组患者采用传统手术治疗,观察2组患者术中出血量、疼痛评分、住院时间、手术前后Longo ODS评分、排便造影以及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛评分、术后3个月Longo ODS评分、直肠前突深度以及术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PPH在直肠前突以及直肠黏膜脱垂患者治疗中具有显著优势,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of PPH in the treatment of rectocele or associated with internal rectal prolapse(IRP).Methods Randomly divided 92 patients with above diseases into observation group(46 cases,received PPH)and control group(46 cases,routine surgery);then,observed both groups’patients’intraoperative bleeding volume,the score ratings on pain,hospitalization stay,the Longo ODS ratings before and after surgery,defecography findings,and postoperative complication status.Results In intraoperative bleeding volume,in hospitalization time;as well as in pain ratings,in the Longo ODS ratings at 3 months after surgery,in the depth of rectocele,and in postoperative complication incidence,observation group was respectively less;shorter;as well as lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with rectocele or associated with IRP,PPH has its advantages.
