摘要
以酸枣容器苗为试材,采用正交设计的方法,系统研究了容器规格、施肥量和轻基质配比对苗高、地径、二次枝数、最长二次枝长度、地上部鲜重、地上部干重、主根长、侧根数(长度>5 cm)和根系长度、表面积、体积、鲜重、干重以及根冠比等性状的影响。结果表明,不同处理对酸枣实生容器苗生长量的影响程度不同,容器规格(美植袋直径)对酸枣容器苗生长影响较大,其次为施肥量,最后为轻基质配比。酸枣容器大苗培育的优化条件为无纺布美植袋直径30 cm、施肥量25 g/袋、泥炭土∶蛭石=2∶1。
Taking sour jujube container seedlings as experimental material,using the orthogonal design method,the effect of container size,light substrate ratio and fertilizer amount on seedling height,ground diameter,secondary branch number,maximum secondary branch length,fresh weight and dry weight above ground,main root length,number of lateral root(length>5 cm),root length,root surface area,root volume,root fresh and dry weight,the root-shoot ratio were studied.The results showed that different treatments behaved different effects on the growth of sour jujube container seedlings.The container size(the diameter of the non-woven fabric bag)had a great impact on the growth of jujube container seedlings,followed by fertilizer amount and light substrate ratio.The optimal conditions for sour jujube container seedlings cultivation were as follows:the diameter of non-woven fabric bag was 30 cm,the fertilizer amount was 25 g/bag,peat soil:vermiculite=2∶1.
