摘要 能源互联地区分布市场允许小型分散化市场成员灵活自由交易,需要制定有效的市场机制和充分考虑市场主体意愿的交易策略来优化地区型多能源市场交易。首先,建立地区型电热能源市场交易框架;其次,通过分析参与者交易意愿,提出含信息中心的纳什均衡迭代博弈机制,参与者以自身效用最大化为目标制定交易策略提交市场,市场运营商以社会福利最大化出清,迭代博弈协调市场电热能源供需关系。针对地区型商业电热泵站与商业储电站购、售能源交易策略的复杂性,引入报量控制系数优化储能站的投标策略。算例结果表明,迭代博弈机制可实现市场均衡,提高参与者的收益,最大化社会福利;商业储能站参与交易可提高地区型能源市场对分布式可再生能源的利用率,实现电、热2种能源优化交易,具有较好的灵活性与经济性。 Regional distributed market with energy interconnection allows the members of the small decentralized market to trade flexibly and freely. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate effective market mechanism and transaction strategy with full consideration of the willingness of market players to optimize regional multi-energy market transaction. Firstly, the framework of regional electric and thermal energy market is established. Secondly, by analyzing transaction willingness of participants, an iterative game mechanism of Nash equilibrium with information center is proposed, in which the participants develop transaction strategies to maximize their utility and submit them to the market, and then clear the market operators to maximize the social welfare. The iterative game coordinates the supply and demand relationship of market electric and thermal energy. In view of the complexity in purchasing and selling energy transaction strategy of regional commercial thermal storage station and commercial electricity storage stations, the bidding strategy of energy storage stations is optimized by introducing the bidding quantity control coefficient. Results of calculation example show that the iterative game mechanism can achieve market equilibrium, improve participants’ income and maximize the social welfare. Participation of commercial energy storage stations in the transaction can increase the utilization rate of distributed renewable energy in the regional energy market and realize the optimized transaction of electric and thermal energy, which has good flexibility and economy.
