摘要
基层治理现代化包含协同主体多元化、治理基础系统化、治理方式精细化、治理结构网络化以及治理技术智能化等五个建设导向。而在平台化视角下,县级融媒体可通过建构包含多元主体在内的“多边市场”、优化基层治理机制以及推动基层治理职能创新等中介作用,不断提升基层治理现代化水平。在此基础上,作为基层治理主体和治理工具,县级融媒体仍需在基层治理过程中平台连接的社会关系生产、平台内要素的生产和流动以及机制保障方面加快建设步伐。
The modernization of grassroots governance includes five dimensions:diversification of collaborative subjects,systematization of governance foundation,refinement of governance mode,networking of governance structure and intellectualization of governance technology.The platformization of county-level convergence media has continuously improved the modernization level of grass-roots governance through the mediation role,such as the construction of“multi-sided market”,the optimization of grass-roots governance mechanism and the promo tion of function innovation.On this foundation,as the main body and tool of grass-roots governance,county-level convergence media still need to accelerate the construction of social relations production connected by the platform,the production and flow of elements within the platform and mechanism guarantee in the process of grass-roots governance.
