摘要
文章探索黄土高原淤地坝及其坝系建设新技术、新材料、新工艺和新时期发展的路径,从而为该区域生态保护和高质量发展提供技术支撑和实践经验。通过对黄土高原淤地坝研究和建设现状的梳理,从当前淤地坝建设过程中寻找新的技术,同时在水利工程建设尤其是土石坝建设探索新技术,总结归纳出黄土高原淤地坝新技术、新材料和新工艺以及生态保护和高质量发展的路径。重点对当前在淤地坝和土石坝建设过程中的应用的GIS、DEM、无人机、BIM等技术,淤地坝免管护、拦泥透水、浮力式等坝体建设新特性,放水建筑物的PCCP管、顶管技术、虹吸管和太阳能等新材料和新技术,溢洪道应用柔性材料、生态袋、竖井式等新工艺,碾压式智慧筑坝技术等新技术、新材料、新工艺进行了探索。提出了新时期黄土高原水土保持新理念、绿水青山就是金山银山的新路径、淤地坝及坝系高质量发展的新模式、淤地坝建设全过程的智慧新技术、淤地坝及其坝系安全预测预警预报新方法、淤地坝管理制度建设的新思路等高质量发展的新路径。
This paper is aimed at exploring the new technology,new materials,new technology and development path of warping dams and its dam system in the Loess Plateau,in order to provide technical support and practical experience for ecological protection and high-quality development in the region.It summarizes the research and construction status of warping dams on the Loess Plateau,and strives to find new technologies for water project construction,especially for earth rock dam construction,from the current construction process of warping dams.In this paper,a brief summary of the warping dam construction has been carried out,aiming at exploring the technologies of GIS,DEM,drone,BIM applied in the construction of warping dams and earth-rockfill dam,the features of no management and maintaining,interception of mud and permeation of water,and buoyancy style of dam body,the new technology and material of PCCP pipe,pipe jacking technology,siphon,and solar energy,the new techniques of flexible material,ecological bag,and shaft applied on the spillway,the rolling-style intelligent damming technology.On this basis,this paper proposes new concepts on the soil and water conservation on the Loess Plateau in new period,new paths of preserving lucid waters and lush mountains,new pathways of high-quality development of warping dam systems,new intelligent technologies in the whole process of warping dam construction,new methods of safety forecast and early warning,and some new thinking of management system for warping dams.
