摘要
为了提升美丽乡村建设的村民幸福指数和满意度,运用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法,研究了宿迁市宿豫区朱瓦村和旱闸村2个美丽乡村的村民满意度状况。结果表明,由于经济资源禀赋、发展定位、发展政策等的差异性,2个村庄的村民满意度差距甚大。因此,要提高村民满意度,应重点注重村庄产业支撑、积极培育特色项目;树立长远目标、科学定位发展方向;注重统筹规划、合理配置资源;加强政府领导,提高政策执行力。
In order to improve the villagers′happiness index and satisfaction in beautiful countryside,this paper studies the villagers′satisfaction in beautiful countryside,Zhuwa Village and Hanzha Village,suyu district,Suqian City,by using the methods of questionnaire survey and interview.The results show that the differences in economic resources endowment,development orientation and development policies between the two villages lead to a great gap in villagers′satisfaction.Therefore,in order to improve villagers′satisfaction,we should pay attention to the support of village industry and actively cultivate characteristic projects.Set long-term goals and scientifically locate the de⁃velopment direction;Pay attention to overall planning and rational allocation of resources;Strengthen government leadership and improve policy execution.
