摘要
根据球罐的服役工况和执行标准,介绍了球罐柱腿防火涂层设计的要素及方法,并采用有限元分析方法模拟火灾过程,复核防火设计的可靠性。同时从施工作业流程和质量控制方面阐述了膨胀型环氧防火涂料的施工要点。
According to the service conditions and related standards of the sphere tank,the elements and methods for designing a fire-retardant coating for its columns were introduced.The fire process was simulated by finite element method and the reliability of the fire prevention design was verified.Some key points of work flow and quality control for intumescent fire-retardant epoxy paint during construction were presented.
