摘要
新冠疫情暴发使全球肉类贸易受到明显影响,特别是中国受“双疫情”影响国内生猪存栏、猪肉产量不足。因此,即使在中美贸易争端下,2021年中国从美国进口猪肉较2020年扩大将近两倍,托底进口,增幅明显。猪肉价格持续波动,自2019年猪肉就维持40元/公斤高价,2020年前期由于新冠造成消费需求减少,价格呈现一定程度的下降。但后期由于供给不足猪肉价格基本处于波动上升阶段,此种情况与非典时期有很多类似之处。在应对新冠时可以学习应用一些非典时期政策,但也要注意区别,在应对时要促进猪肉产业升级,加强中美合作,对国内养殖户提供政策帮助,在市场实施供需调节等手段来减少疫情对中国市场和贸易带来的影响。
The outbreak of the new crown epidemic has significantly affected the global meat trade.In particular,China has been affected by the“double epidemic”and the domestic pig inventory and pork production are insufficient.Therefore,even under the Sino-US trade dispute,China's pork imports from the US in 2021 will nearly triple from that in 2020,underpinning imports with a significant increase.The price of pork continues to fluctuate.Since 2019,the price of pork has maintained a high price of 40 yuan/kg.In the early 2020,due to the reduction in consumer demand caused by the new crown,the price showed a certain degree of decline.However,due to insufficient supply in the later period,the price of pork was basically in a fluctuating and rising stage.This situation has many similarities with the SARS period.When dealing with the new crown,you can learn to apply some policies in the SARS period,but you must also pay attention to the differences.In response,you must promote the upgrading of the pork industry,strengthen Sino-US cooperation,provide policy assistance to domestic farmers,and implement supply and demand adjustments in the market to reduce the epidemic.Impact on Chinese market and trade.
