摘要
目的BP神经网络和SPSS在卫生信息管理专业建设中的应用。方法以分层抽样的方式选取2018年9月—2020年9月西南地区医药卫生高职院校卫生信息管理专业的在校学生125人;选取2011年6月—2020年6月该地区学校10届毕业生的就业率,采用SPSS肯德尔(Kendall)非参数检验分析专业认知度、职业认同感及满意度的相关度和评价一致性;拟用MATLAB(Matrix Laboratory)中的BP神经网络算法分析预测西南地区卫生信息管理专业的就业情况。结果专业认知度、职业认同感及满意度的相关度依次为0.619、0.646、0.556,协同系数为0.788;BP神经网络模型期望误差百分比为0.8%,通过调整隐含层节点数和训练时间对比,得到训练好的仿真模型,预测2021—2023年的就业率为91.74%、92.36%、93.05%,具有一定准确性。结论基于BP神经网络和Kendall检验分析卫生信息管理专业,具有准确度和客观性,为学校人才培养、医院和企业人才需求提供参考价值;同时提出了明确的专业建设措施。
Objective To study the application of BP neural network and SPSS in the construction of health information management specialty.Methods 125 students were selected from September 2018 to September 2020 in the health information management major of medical and health higher vocational colleges in Southwest China according to the stratified sampling method.The employment rate of 10 school graduates in the region from June 2011 to June 2020 was selected,and SPSS Kendall(Kendall)nonparametric test was used to analyze the correlation and evaluation consistency of professional cognition,professional identity and satisfaction.It is proposed to use the BP neural network algorithm in MATLAB(Matrix Laboratory)to analyze and predict the employment situation of health information management majors in Southwest China.Results The correlation degrees of professional cognition,professional identity and satisfaction were 0.619,0.646,0.556,and the synergy coefficient was 0.788.The expected error percentage of the BP neural network model was 0.8%.By adjusting the number of hidden layer nodes and the comparison of training time,a trained simulation model was obtained,and the predicted employment rates in 2021 to 2023 were 91.74%,92.36%,and 93.05%,with certain accuracy.Conclusion The analysis of health information management specialty based on BP neural network and Kendall test has accuracy and objectivity,and provides reference value for talent training in schools,hospitals and enterprises.At the same time,clear professional construction measures are put forward.
