摘要
黄河岁岁安澜是中华民族的千年梦想,千百年来中华儿女都在不断探索治理黄河。黄河流域的问题表象在于水资源不均衡、水土流失严重、生物多样性缺失,根子在地球各圈层的相互作用和人类活动。治理好黄河,就要充分贯彻生态文明思想,坚持山水林田湖草是生命共同体的系统观,运用好地球系统科学理论和方法。重要的是建立黄河流域调查监测模拟工作体系,调查黄河流域自然资源本底状况,了解自然规律;监测自然资源数据变化情况,建立起水系统、土地系统、生态系统等各系统内部与系统之间、上下游、左右岸之间联系;基于地球系统模型模拟,预测黄河流域系统未来的发展趋势,为人类合理生存生活空间提供科学依据。
The Yellow River calm every year is a Millennium dream of the Chinese nation, and Chinese people have been exploring it for thousands of years. The problems in the Yellow River are manifested in the imbalance of water resources, serious soil erosion,lack of biodiversity, and root in the interaction of earth subsystems and human activities. To manage the Yellow River well, we should fully implement the thought of ecological civilization, adhere to the systematic view that landscapes, forests, lakes and grasses are the community of life, establish a simulation system of investigation and monitoring in the Yellow River. It is important to investigate the background of natural resources, and understand the laws of nature;monitor the change of natural resources data,and establish the connection between water system, land system, ecosystem and other systems, upstream and downstream, left and right banks. Based on the earth system model simulation, the future development trend of the Yellow River system is predicted,which provides scientific basis for human behavior control.
