摘要
对院前急救工作人员实施平时考核的做法进行探讨,及时发现平时考核实际操作过程中存在的问题并加以修正,使平时考核作为加强工作人员日常管理的有效办法,与绩效考核等考核制度共同成为工作人员管理的有效手段,从而调动工作人员的积极性、主动性和创造性。
Taking the Qingdao Emergency Center as an example,this paper discusses the practice of regular assessment of pre-hospital emergency workers.Timely find out the problems existing in the actual operation of the usual assessment and make corrections,so that the usual assessment is an effective way to strengthen the daily management of staff,and together with the performance assessment and other assessment systems,become an effective means of staff management,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the staff.
