摘要
建设一支忠诚干净担当的纪检监察铁军,是新形势下做好纪检监察工作的重要保障。随着高校纪检监察体制改革的深入推进,高校纪检监察机关的监督范围和权限逐渐扩大,对纪检监察干部的履职要求也越来越高,高校纪检监察干部面临的挑战和诱惑也越来越多。如何规范使用权力,充分发挥监督保障执行、促进完善发展的作用,是新时代高校纪检监察部门亟待解决的问题。文章针对高校纪检监察干部规范用权的必要性、存在的问题及原因进行了研究,并提出了相应的对策与建议。
The construction of a loyal, clean and responsible discipline inspection and supervision iron army is an important guarantee to do a good job of discipline inspection and supervision under the new situation. With the deepening of the reform of discipline inspection and supervision system in colleges and universities, the supervision scope and authority of discipline inspection and supervision organs in colleges and universities are enlarged,and the requirements for discipline inspection and supervision cadres to perform their duties are becoming higher and higher, and the challenges and temptations for discipline inspection and supervision cadres in colleges and universities are also increasing. How to standardize the use of power, give full play to the role of supervision and guarantee implementation, and promote the improvement and development of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in colleges and universities in the new era is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper studies the necessity, existing problems and causes of standardizing the use of power by discipline inspection and supervision cadres in colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
