摘要
鲁山酥梨是国家农产品地理标志产品,经过数年的发展壮大,产业规模、产值稳步提升,伴随而来的品种结构不合理、标准化及机械化程度不高、贮藏保鲜体系不完善等产业问题逐步凸显。为了加快鲁山酥梨产业发展,突破现有产业发展瓶颈,通过深入平顶山市鲁山酥梨主产区的实地调研,对鲁山酥梨产业的发展现状、发展优势及存在问题进行了阐述,提出了推动鲁山酥梨健康持续发展的对策建议。
Crisp pear in Lushan area is the national agricultural products geographical symbol products. After several years of development and expansion, the scale and output value of the industry have been steadily increased.The problems have been gradually highlighted, such as unreasonable variety structure, low standardization and mechanization degree, and imperfect storage and fresh-keeping system. In order to speed up the development of the crisp pear industry in Lushan area, break through the existing bottleneck for the development of the industry,through on the investigation in the main production area of crisp pear in Lushan area, the current situation,advantages and problems of pear industry in Lushan area were expounded in detail, and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Lushan crisp pear were put forward.
