摘要
电厂振动传感器超差可能导致汽轮机在启停机或正常运行时保护误动,是影响机组运行安全的重要问题。许多电厂在汽轮机振动传感器定期送检校验工作中,由于受机组运行及大修周期影响,不能按照规程要求进行每年一次的定期校验工作,存在不同程度上的振动传感器校验过期和准确度超差问题。从Win475振动传感器校准系统的组成、基本功能、性能指标、技术特点及振动台安装等方面对校准系统进行了综述分析,为振动传感器校准工作提供借鉴和参考。
The over-tolerance of vibration sensor in power plant may lead to the protection maloperation of steam turbine during start-up and shut-down or normal operation, which is an important problem affecting the safety of unit operation.Due to the influence of unit operation and overhaul period, many power plants can not carry out regular check-up of turbine vibration sensors once a year as required by regulations, there are problems of out-of-date calibration and out-of-tolerance accuracy of vibration sensors in different degrees. The composition, basic function, performance index,technical characteristic and vibration table installation of Win475 vibration sensor calibration system are summarized and analyzed in order to provide reference for vibration sensor calibration.
