摘要
岸边集装箱起重机整机海运安全性至关重要,但其结构形式庞大,在海运过程中需要大量海运绑扎件保证其结构安全。若采用刚性绑扎件,因岸边集装箱起重机结构形式变化多样,不同结构形式岸边集装箱起重机往往需重新制作,重复利用度极低,成本巨大。采用可重复利用的柔性绑扎材料是降低绑扎成本有效办法,其中钢拉索最具有代表性。文中针对整机海运的门框绑扎钢拉索,通过对单独航次环境、工况、装载的系统分析,找到了一套用于评估整机海运柔性拉索寿命的方法,为建立该类绑扎件淘汰更新机制提供依据。
The safety of the whole quay crane in sea transportation is very important,but its structure is huge,and a large number of binding parts are needed during sea transportation to ensure its structural safety.If rigid binding parts are used,because of the diverse structures of quay cranes,different quay cranes often need to make binding parts again,so the recycling degree of binding parts is extremely low and the cost is huge.Using reusable flexible binding materials is an effective way to reduce costs,among which steel cables are the most representative.In this paper,through the analysis of the environment,working conditions and loading system in a single voyage,a set of methods for evaluating the life of the flexible cable used for the whole marine transportation is put forward,which provides a basis for establishing the replacement mechanism of binding parts.
