摘要
为提高监测外卖骑手体温的效率,实现远程定时监测外卖骑手体温要求,设计了一种可以监测体温的智能头盔系统。系统采用STM32F103RCT6为主控芯片,非接触式红外测温传感器MLX90614测量体温,GPS模块获取经纬度等位置信息,数据通过WIFI模块ESP8266传输至云平台,采用中移动OneNET作为物联网云平台构建远程访问与控制系统,该系统在网页端可实时接收测量的数据,并且可以发送控制指令,设定定时监测的时间间隔。实际测试表明,智能头盔系统与OneNET云平台组成了远程定时监测体温的应用系统,相比于传统的测量方法,该系统数据传输可靠,可视化应用界面简洁实用,具有较好的实用性。
In order to improve the efficiency of monitoring the body temperature of takeaway riders and realize the requirement of remote and regular monitoring of the body temperature of takeaway riders,an intelligent helmet system that can monitor the body temperature is designed.The system uses STM32F103RCT6 as the main control chip,the non-contact infrared temperature sensor MLX90614 to measure the body temperature,the GPS module to obtain the longitude and latitude and other location information,the data is transmitted to the cloud platform through the WiFi module ESP8266,and China Mobile OneNet is used as the cloud platform of the Internet of Things to build a remote access and control system.The system can receive the measured data in real time on the web side,and can send the control instruction,and set the time interval of regular monitoring.The actual test shows that the intelligent helmet system and the OneNet cloud platform constitute the application system of remote timing monitoring body temperature.Compared with the traditional measurement method,the system has reliable data transmission,simple and practical visual application interface,and good practicability.
