摘要
目的:研究加味生脉散辅助治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取某院2019年11月~2020年11月间收治的100例老年慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予抗心力衰竭常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加服加味生脉散,比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、6min步行距离、心功能指标及不良反应。结果:观察组的临床总有效率(94.00%)高于对照组(72.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者6min步行距离明显高于对照组,hs-CRP水平低于对照组,观察组心功能指标(LVEF、LVDEd、LVSE和SV)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组在治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论:加味生脉散辅助能有效修复患者心肌损伤,缓解临床症状,还可调节心功能,综合疗效显著。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Shengmaisan in the auxiliary treatment of elderly chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods:100 elderly patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to a hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment,the observation group was given Jiawei Shengmaisan on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels,6-min walking distance,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate in the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that in the control group(72.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-min walking distance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the Hs-CRP level was lower than that of the control group,and the cardiac function indexes(LVEF,LVDEd,LVSE and SV)were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:The auxiliary treatment of Jiawei Shengmaisan can effectively repair patients with myocardial injury,relieve clinical symptoms,regulate cardiac function,and improve quality of life,with significant comprehensive effect.
