摘要 燃煤电厂烟气脱硝系统因SCR装置喷氨分布不均匀,致使出口NO_(x)浓度偏差大、喷氨过量、局部氨逃逸浓度过高等现象,严重影响机组的安全性和经济性。本文以600 MW机组为例,通过优化调整喷氨格栅开度,使SCR装置出口NO_(x)浓度分布的相对标准偏差平均均匀下降37%,脱硝效率平均提高12.7%,氨逃逸浓度平均降低0.23 mg/m^(3)(标态,干基,6%O_(2))。SCR反应装置在满足氨逃逸排放达标的情况下,SCR反应器平均最大脱硝效率为86.5%。SCR反应器出口NO_(x)浓度、氨逃逸浓度均匀性提高,喷氨优化调整效果显著。 Due to the uneven distribution of ammonia injection in SCR device,the flue gas denitration system of coal-fired power plant results in large deviation of NO_(x) concentration at the outlet,excessive ammonia injection and high local ammonia escape concentration,which seriously affects the safety and economy of the unit.In this paper,taking 600 MW unit as an example,the relative standard deviation of NO_(x) concentration distribution at the outlet of SCR unit was reduced by 37%on average,denitrification efficiency was increased by 12.7%on average,and ammonia escape concentration was reduced by 0.23 mg/m^(3)(standard state,dry base,6%O_(2))by optimizing the opening of ammonia injection grid.When the SCR reactor meets the standard of ammonia escape discharge,the maximum denitration efficiency of SCR reactor is 86.5%on average.The uniformity of NO_(x) concentration and ammonia escape concentration at the outlet of SCR reactor was improved,and the optimization and adjustment effect of ammonia injection was significant.
