摘要 针对软土百米级地下连续墙护壁泥浆的重要性和其适用性未知的问题,以苏州河深隧规模化百米级地下连续墙工程为依托,结合其施工特点和地层特性,通过试验遴选配制出复合泥浆配合比,同时对项目现场泥浆制备、取样检测、调节再利用等过程控制技术开展了系列研究,提出了针对性的技术管控措施。实测数据印证了背景工程成槽护壁泥浆技术的实施效果是显著的。总结的护壁泥浆技术为背景工程顺利安全实施提供了必要的技术支撑,对后续类似工程泥浆质量管控亦具有参考意义。 In view of the importance and unknown applicability of wall protection slurryfor 100 m level underground diaphragm wall in soft soil,based on Suzhou River deep tunnel scale 100 m level underground diaphragm wall project,combined with its construction characteristics and stratigraphic features,a composite slurry mix ratio was formulated through test selection,and at the same time,a series of studies were carried out on the process control technology of slurry preparation,sampling and testing,adjustment and reuse on the project site,and targeted technical control measures were proposed.The technical control measures were proposed.The measured data confirms that the implementation of the wall protection slurry technology in the background project is effective.The summarized wall protection slurry technology provides the necessary technical support for the smooth and safe implementation of the background project,and also has reference significance for slurry quality control of similar projects in the future.
