热处理对激光选区熔化WC 12Co复合材料组织和性能的影响

摘要 使用激光选区熔化技术制备了WC 12Co硬质合金样件,研究了不同的热处理工艺和冷却方式对成形试样截面金相组织、析出成分和显微硬度等性能的影响。结果表明:高温热处理工艺能使WC金相粒度更加均匀,W和C元素含量随着热处理温度的升高呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,粘结相分布更加广泛且得到进一步强化,改善了SLM成形样件的性能,但过高的淬火温度(超过1300℃)将降低成形试件质量。最佳热处理工艺为1200℃热处理,保温30 min,油淬至室温。合适的热处理工艺可以提高WC 12Co硬质合金粘结相的硬度,1200℃高温淬火对合金粘结相硬度的提升较大,试件的显微硬度最高达到1384 HV,比热处理之前常温成形态的提高16.7%。 WC 12Co cemented carbide samples were prepared using laser selective melting technology, and the effects of different heat treatment processes and cooling methods on the metallographic structure, precipitated composition and microhardness of the cross-section of the forming sample were studied. The results show that the high-temperature heat treatment process can make the WC metallographic particle size more uniform, the content of W and C elements increases first and then decreases with the increase of the heat treatment temperature, and the binder phase is more widely distributed and further strengthened, which improves the performance of the forming sample, but too high quenching temperature(over 1300℃) reduce the quality of the forming sample. The best heat treatment process is heat treatment at 1200 ℃, holding for 30 min,and oil quenching to room temperature. A suitable heat treatment process can increase the hardness of the binder phase of WC12Co cemented carbide. High temperature quenching at 1200 ℃ can greatly increase the hardness of the alloy binder phase.The Vickers hardness of the specimen can reach 1384 HV, which is 16.7% higher than that of the room temperature forming state before heat treatment.
