摘要
目的:研究新型医院信息系统的技术架构及建设内容,为医院数字化建设提供可行的技术路线,促进医院信息化发展。方法:采用服务化架构,通过云原生技术体系进行分层设计,从技术架构、应用架构、物理部署架构、开发环境4个方面提出新型医院信息系统设计的关键技术与主要建设内容。结果:采用设计的新型医院信息系统可更好地整合医院内各类资源,提高医院运行效率,切实提升医院信息化水平。结论:该系统可为医院数字化建设打下坚实的基础,对设计新一代数字化医疗产品具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To study the technical architecture and construction contents of a new hospital information system,to provide a feasible technical route for the digital construction of hospitals and to promote the development of hospital informatization.Methods A new hospital information system was developed with a service-oriented architecture and layered design through cloud native technology system,and the key technologies and main construction contents were discussed from technical architecture,application architecture,physical deployment architecture and development environment.Results The system developed integrated various resources efficiently in the hospital so that the hospital efficiency and informatization were both enhanced effectively.Conclusion The system developed lays a solid foundation for hospital digitalization and has a certain reference value for designing a new generation of digital medical products.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2022,43(3):38-45]
