复方薄荷脑苯酚搽剂质量研究

摘要 目的 建立复方薄荷脑苯酚搽剂中水杨酸和苯酚定量分析方法。方法 采用紫外-可见分光光度法(UV)测定水杨酸含量;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定苯酚含量,色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)(250×4 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(48∶52),检测波长:270 nm,进样量:10μL,流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温:25℃。结果 水杨酸:在0.0051~0.0304 mg·mL^(-1)范围内具有良好的线性关系(回归方程Y=25.4849X+0.0095,r=0.9992),平均加样回收率为100.91%,RSD为0.69%;苯酚:在进样量0.2640~3.2940μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(回归方程Y=940.8260X+4.0051,r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.49%,RSD为0.57%。结论 所建立方法简便、结果准确、重复性好,适用于复方薄荷脑苯酚搽剂的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To establish the quantitative analysis method of salicylic acid and phenol in Compound menthol phenol liniment.METHODS The content of salicylic acid was determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry.The content of phenol was determined by High-performance liquid chromatography with Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18) column(250×4 mm,5 μm) as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase consisted of Methanol-water(48∶52).The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and the column temperature was 25 ℃.RESULTS The salicylic acid had good linear relation in the concentration range of 0.0051-0.0304 mg·mL^(-1),and the regression equation was Y=25.4849 X+0.0095,r=0.9992.The average sample recovery rate was 100.91% with RSD 0.69%.The phenol had good linear relation in the injection volume range of 0.2640-3.2940 μg,and the regression equation was Y=940.8260 X+4.0051,r=0.9999.The average sample recovery rate was 100.49% with RSD 0.51%.CONCLUSION The estabished method is simple,reliable and reproductive,and could be used for quality control of Compound menthol phenol liniment.
