基于空间矢量脉冲宽度调制优化算法的集成电驱效率提升

摘要 以某纯电动汽车集成电驱系统为研究对象,为提升纯电动汽车续驶里程,综合分析集成电驱系统效率提升方法,针对当前较少研究的电机控制器领域,文章建立绝缘栅双极型晶体管功率损耗模型,提出基于空间矢量脉冲宽度调制的变开关频率优化算法。仿真结果表明,变开关频率优化算法相比固频算法开关损耗可降低49.46%~50%,进一步台架试验及整车续航测试结果表明,优化后电驱系统在中国轻型汽车行驶工况下的驱动综合效率提升了1.04%,整车续航里程提升了25.86km,为集成电驱系统效率提升及其电动汽车续航里程提升提供理论与实践参考。 In order to improve the driving range of battery electric vehicle(BEV), the efficiency improvement method of the integrated electric drive system is comprehensively analyzed.Considering that the motor controller field is less studied at present, this paper establishes a power loss model of insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) and proposes an improved algorithm of variable switching frequency based on space vector pulse width modulation(PWM). The simulation results show that the power loss of the improved algorithm based on variable switching frequency can be reduced by 49.46%~50% compared to the original one which is based on fixed frequency. The bench test and the vehicle test also show that the comprehensive driving efficiency of China Light-Duty Vehicle Test cycle(CLTC) is improved by 1.04%, and the driving range is increased by 25.86 km. It provides a theoretical and practical reference for the efficiency improvement of integrated electric drive system and the range improvement of BEV.
