摘要
目的:观察益智醒脑汤联合吡拉西坦片治疗血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)的临床疗效及其对患者丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平的影响。方法:将94例VD患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组给予吡拉西坦片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益智醒脑汤。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后日常生活能力量表(activity of daily living scale,ADL)评分变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后MDA、IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy水平。结果:两组患者治疗后MDA、IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy水平低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为93.62%,对照组有效率为78.72%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ADL评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益智醒脑汤联合吡拉西坦片治疗VD,可降低患者MDA、IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy水平,改善临床症状,提高日常生活能力。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Decoction for Nourishing Intelligence and Activating Brain for Resuscitation combined with Piracetam Tablets on vascular dementia(VD) and its influence on malondialdehyde(MDA),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),homocysteine(Hcy) levels.Methods:A total of 94 patients with VD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Piracetam Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Decoction for Nourishing Intelligence and Activating Brain for Resuscitation on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the changes of activity of daily living scale(ADL) scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and MDA,IL-6 and TNF-α,Hcy levels were detected before and after treatment.Results:MDA,IL-6 and TNF-α,Hcy levels in the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 93.62% in the observation group and 78.72% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The ADL score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that of the same group before treatment,and the ADL score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Nourishing Intelligence and Activating Brain for Resuscitation combined with Piracetam Tablets in the treatment of VD can reduce MDA,IL-6,TNF-αand Hcy levels,improve clinical symptoms and improve the ability of daily living.
