高粱替代玉米对羔羊生长性能、养分消化、甲烷排放及饲养成本的影响 被引量:4

摘要 文章旨在评估高粱在羔羊上的饲用价值,通过研究生长性能、养分消化和甲烷排放指标来判定其替代玉米的水平。试验将体重接近的144只羔羊随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复6只羊。三组羔羊在11周的饲养试验期饲喂玉米型日粮(对照组)、50%和100%高粱替代玉米全混合日粮。结果:50%和100%高粱组羔羊的日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时随着日粮高粱替代玉米水平的升高,料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。100%高粱组羔羊的干物质、有机物和粗蛋白质消化率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),同时50%和100%高粱组羔羊的酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维消化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。100%高粱组羔羊的氮沉积量显著高于对照组和50%高粱组(P<0.05)。日粮用50%和100%高粱替代玉米显著降低了羔羊甲烷排放量(P<0.05),而50%高粱组羔羊的嘌呤衍生物排泄量显著低于其他两组(P<0.05)。成本分析显示,100%高粱组在整个为期11周的饲养期间饲料费用较对照组显著降低9.13元/头,而50%和100%高粱组羔羊的增重成本较对照组显著降低2.81和5.67元/kg。结论:日粮中用50%和100%高粱替代玉米可以改善日增重,提高饲料效率,降低增重成本、甲烷排放。结合羔羊氮沉积指标,羔羊全混合日粮中玉米可以用高粱100%替代。 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the feeding value of sorghum on lambs and determine its replacement level of corn by examining growth performance,nutrient digestion and methane emission.A total of 144 lambs with similar body weight were divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 6 lambs per replicate.Lambs in the three groups were fed a total mixture of corn type diet(control group),50%and 100%sorghum instead of corn during the 11-week feeding trial.Results:The daily gain of lambs in 50%and 100%sorghum groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain of lambs in 50%and 100%sorghum groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The digestibility of dry matter,organic matter and crude protein in 100%sorghum group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the digestibility of acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber in 50%and 100%sorghum group was also significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nitrogen deposition of lambs in 100%sorghum group was significantly higher than that in control group and 50%sorghum group(P<0.05).Replacing corn with 50%and 100%sorghum significantly reduced the methane emission of lambs(P<0.05),and the excretion of purine derivatives in 50%sorghum group was significantly lower than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Cost analysis showed that the feed cost of 100%sorghum group was significantly reduced by 9.13 yuan/head compared with the control group during the whole 11-week feeding experiment,while the weight gain cost of 50%and 100%sorghum group was significantly reduced by 2.81 yuan and 5.67 yuan/kg compared with the control group.Conclusion:Replacing maize with 50%and 100%sorghum in diets can improve daily gain,improve feed efficiency and reduce weight gain cost and methane emission.Combined with the nitrogen deposition indices of lambs,corn in total mixed diets of lambs could be replaced 100%by sorghum.
