阐述660MW超超临界机组,1瓦轴振偏大发生率较高,原因复杂、处理措施比较典型的特点,探讨华电江苏望亭发电厂某机组1瓦振动偏大的问题,分析原因和处理措施,包括动静碰磨、负载分配不均和盘车中心对1瓦轴振大的影响。
This paper expounds the characteristics of 660 MW ultra supercritical unit, such as high occurrence rate of 1-bearing shaft vibration, complex causes and typical treatment measures, discusses the problem of 1-bearing shaft vibration of a unit in Jiangsu Wangting power plant of Huadian, analyzes the causes and treatment measures, including the impact of dynamic and static friction, uneven load distribution and turning center on 1-bearing shaft vibration.
