摘要 针对滩海水域海底管道铺设运输,探讨了管道的运输方式和计算方法。考虑到拖管自身的负浮力、海底的摩擦阻力、拖船的牵引力等载荷作用,提出了抬高拖管头、缩短拖带缆进行拖管施工的方式。基于新的海底拖管施工方式,建立了拖管头抬起时管道强度的计算模型以及在海底拖管过程中管道的变形状态与强度计算方法,并开发了相应计算机程序。计算结果表明:海底拖管时抬高拖管头,可以降低拖带阻力,牵引力也可减小;在拖管头抬升过程中,拖管悬空段最大的等效应力发生在悬垂的弯曲段,且随抬升高度增加而逐渐增加;海底拖管抬高拖管头,可缩短拖管钢缆的长度,这可以降低索具费用;所建立的管道强度计算解析方法和编制的程序均可行。 The transportation mode and calculation method of pipelines are discussed for the laying and transportation of submarine pipelines in extreme shallow water.Considering the negative buoyancy of the towed pipeline,the friction force between pipeline and seabed,and the towing force of tugboat,this paper puts forward the method of raising the pulling head and shortening the towing cable for towing pipe construction.On the basis of this new construction method,the paper establishes the calculation model of pipeline strength as the pulling head is raised and proposes the calculation method for the deformation state and strength of pipeline during submarine pipeline towing.Moreover,it develops the corresponding computer program.The calculation results show that raising the pulling head during submarine pipeline towing can reduce towing resistance and traction.In the process of lifting the pulling head,the maximum equivalent stress of the suspended section of the towed pipeline appears at the suspended curved section and is enhanced gradually with the increase in lifting height.Raising pulling head during submarine pipeline towing can shorten the length of steel cable for towing pipeline and thus reduce the cost of rigging.The established analytical method and program are proved feasible for pipeline strength calculation.
