体育专业与非体育专业运动损伤人数、时段与原因的meta分析 被引量:2

A Meta-analysis of the Number,Duration and Causes of Sports Injuries in Sports Majors and Non-sports Majors

摘要 通过meta分析法对大学生体育专业与非体育专业在人数、损伤时段、损伤原因进行运动损伤的分析,对运动损伤的可能性进行综合定量分析,以“大学”“运动损伤”“体育专业”“非体育专业”“university”“sport injury”“sports specialty”“non-PE major”为关键词,检索中国知网CNKI、维普数据库VIP、万方数据库、pubmed,纳入9篇中文文献,体育专业与非体育专业运动损伤的OR=3.31,95%CI为1.15-9.54,Z=2.21,P<0.05;不同专业的学生运动损伤时段情况分为总合并效应量OR=3.31、95%CI为1.80-6.08,P<0.05;比赛效果、OR=2.11、95%CI为1.47-3.03,P<0.05;训练效果、OR=3.95、95%CI为0.85-18.3,P<0.05;课内效果OR=10.43、95%CI为1.18-92.54,P<0.05;课外效果OR=1.28、95%CI为0.88-1.88,P<0.05;从其他效果OR=3.27、95%CI为0.80-13.43,P<0.05。不同专业的学生运动损伤情况分为总和并效应量为OR=1.62、95%CI为1.08-2.45,P<0.05;场地设施OR=1.69、95%CI为0.65-4.35,P<0.05,准备活动OR=1.78、95%CI为0.46-6.86,P<0.05,身体接触OR=0.81、95%CI为0.06-10.86,P<0.05,心理素质、OR=3.49、95%CI为1.21-10.07,P<0.05,技术问题OR=2.50、95%CI为1.05-5.96,P<0.05,身体条件OR=1.00、95%CI为0.40-2.53,P<0.05,教学不当、OR=1.57、95%CI为0.63-3.89,P<0.05,其他原因、OR=1.43、95%CI为0.54-3.76,P<0.05,根据合并效应量得出,体育专业运动损伤率要比非体育专业的学生损伤率要高,但是课外时间非体育专业学生损伤率较高,说明非体育专业在课外娱乐时更应该注意,防止出现运动损伤。体育专业在身体接触上导致运动损伤会明显比非体育专业少。在准备活动与场地设施上看,二者运动损伤人数较多,说明这是导致运动损伤出现的主要原因。 Through meta-analysis,sports injuries of college students majoring in physical education and non-physical education were analyzed in terms of number of students,injury duration and injury causes,and the possibility of sports injuries was comprehensively and quantitatively analyzed.Keywords such as“university”,“sports injury”,“sports specialty”,“non-pe major”,“university”,“sport Injury”,“sports specialty”,“non-PE major”were searched in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database and PubMed and nine Chinese literatures were finally included,with OR=3.31,95%CI 1.15-9.54,Z=2.21,P<0.05;Total combined effect size(OR=3.31,95%CI=1.80-6.08,P<0.05)of sports injury time of students of different majors;Competition effect,OR=2.11,95%CI 1.47-3.03,P<0.05;Training effect,OR=3.95,95%CI was 0.85-18.3,P<0.05;In-class effect OR=10.43,95%CI 1.18-92.54,P<0.05;Extracurricular effects OR=1.28,95%CI was 0.88-1.88,P<0.05;From other effects,OR=3.27,95%CI 0.80-13.43,P<0.05.The sum and effect size of sports injury of students from different majors was OR=1.62,95%CI was 1.08-2.45,P<0.05;Site facilities OR=1.69,95%CI 0.65-4.35,P<0.05;preparatory activity OR=1.78,95%CI 0.46-6.86,P<0.05;physical contact OR=0.81,95%CI 0.06-10.86,P<0.05;Psychological quality,OR=3.49,95%CI 1.21-10.07,P<0.05,technical problems OR=2.50,95%CI 1.05-5.96,P<0.05,physical condition OR=1.00,95%CI 0.40-2.53,P<0.05,Improper teaching,OR=1.57,95%CI 0.63-3.89,P<0.05,other reasons,OR=1.43,95%CI 0.54-3.76,P<0.05.According to the combined effect size,sports injury rate of PE majors is higher than that of non-pe majors.However,the injury rate of non-PE majors is higher in extracurricular time,indicating that non-PE majors should pay more attention to prevent sports injury in extracurricular entertainment.Sports injuries caused by physical contact among sports major will be significantly less than non-sports majors.The number of sports injuries caused due to preparation activities and facilities is high,indicating that these are the main causes of sports injuries.
