摘要
结合高职院校实际情况,从心理健康教育专业人才的社会需求出发,探究心理健康教育专业的人才培养目标和能力要求,提出构建高职院校心理健康教育专业模块化课程体系,即以就业为导向,以学生为中心,以“教学技能和咨询技能”两大能力培养为核心,由“基础能力+职业能力+职业拓展”构成的三大模块化课程体系,以提高专业教学质量和效果,为应用型心理健康教育类人才培养提供新的思路和参考。
It is proposed to build a modular curriculum system of higher vocational colleges from the needs of mental health education professionals combined with the actual situation of higher vocational colleges,analyzing the talent training goals and ability requirements.The system is to be employment-oriented,student-centered,with"teaching skills and consulting skills"as the core,composed of"basic ability+vocational ability+career development"which will improve the quality and effect of professional teaching,for applied mental health education talents to provide new ideas and reference.
