摘要
本文以拉斯韦尔的5W传播理论为框架,针对实地及网络调查取得的川菜文化外宣途径及相关英文翻译数据信息进行探讨与分析。基于促进川菜文化外宣效果的目标,通过分析川菜文化外宣翻译的现有信息,从自媒体时代文化传播途径多样化、高效度的视角,提出较为合理、可行的川菜文化外宣翻译路径。
Under the guidance of the 5W communication theory of Harold Lasswell,this thesis tends to analyze the data collected through on-site and online surveys concerning the international publicity translation mode as well as texts of the cultural connotation of Sichuan cuisine.By analyzing the above-mentioned data,it is expected to put forward some relatively reasonable and feasible international publicity translation modes for the international publicity of Sichuan cuisine and its related cultures.To further strengthen the effect of the international publicity of Sichuan cuisine and its related culture,the above-mentioned data will be analyzed systematically,and the analysis is done from the perspective of diversified and efficient cultural communication in the We-media era.It is expected to put forward some relatively reasonable and feasible international publicity translation modes for the international publicity of Sichuan cuisine and its related cultures.
