摘要
论文以新形势下的国有企业为例,对企业文化建设的路径进行研究。国企企业文化建设存在的问题主要包括企业文化建设表面化、企业文化建设工作实施缺乏连续性两个方面。为解决问题,论文对正确认识新形势下企业文化的地位、深化国企企业文化内容、健全国企企业文化建设长效机制这3个方面进行深入探析,以期提升国企企业文化建设成效。
Taking the state-owned enterprises under the new situation as an example,this paper studies the paths of enterprise cultural construction.The problems existing in the enterprise cultural construction in state-owned enterprises mainly include two aspects:the superficiality of enterprise cultural construction and the lack of continuity in the implementation of enterprise cultural construction work.In order to solve the problems,the paper makes an in-depth analysis on three aspects:correctly understanding the position of enterprise culture under the new situation,deepening the content of enterprise culture in state-owned enterprises,and improving the long-term mechanism of enterprise cultural construction in state-owned enterprises,so as to improve the effectiveness of enterprise cultural construction in state-owned enterprises.
