摘要
如何充分整合党建工作与生产经营的优势和特点,找到党建工作与生产经营业务工作的最佳融合点,是国有企业党组织需要探索和研究的重点课题。论文从实际工作出发,结合企业党建工作与生产经营相融合的主要做法和成效,剖析了当前存在的主要困难,并从4个方面提出了促进国企党建与生产经营融合的建议。
How to fully integrate the advantages and characteristics of Party building work and production and operation,and find the best integration point between Party building work and production and operation business work is a key topic that Party organizations in state-owned enterprises need to explore and study.Starting from the actual work,combined with the main methods and results of integrating Party building with production and operation in enterprises,this paper analyzes the main difficulties existing at present,and puts forward suggestions to promote the integration of Party building with production and operation in state-owned enterprises from four aspects.
