摘要
目的了解护理实习生疼痛管理知识、态度及情绪智力现状,为高校改进疼痛护理课程,为医院开展实习生疼痛护理管理培训提供依据。方法自2020年3月至2020年5月,采用2008年修订的疼痛管理知识和态度调查问卷(KASRP)及情绪智力问卷(WLEIS),对2019年6月在南昌大学第一附属医院实习的122名学生进行问卷填写,实习时间≥8个月,大专及以上学历,调查护理实习生的疼痛管理知识和态度、情绪智力得分。结果疼痛管理知识、态度总分为(16.4±3.1)分,情绪智力总分为(55.4±8.3)分,并且两者呈负相关(r=-0.239,P<0.05)。结论护理实习生在疼痛管理知识和态度方面存在不足,情绪智力水平有待提高。建议完善疼痛护理相关课程,开展疼痛护理管理实践培训。
Objective To improve pain nursing courses in schools and pain management training in hospitals for nursing students,via a survey of pain management knowledge,attitude and emotional intelligence in trainee nurse students.Methods From March 2020 to May 2020,the pain management knowledge and attitude questionnaire(KASRP)and emotional intelligence questionnaire(WLEIS),revised in 2008,were used to survey the pain knowledge in 122 nurse students,internship time≥8 months,college degree or above,from First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University in June 2019.The nursing interns'knowledge,attitude and emotional intelligence scores of pain management were investigated.Results The total score of knowledge and attitude of pain management was(16.4±3.1),and the total score of emotional intelligence was(55.4±8.3),and there was a negative correlation between them(r=-0.239,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interns are deficient in the knowledge and attitude of pain management,and the level of emotional intelligence needs to be improved.It is suggested that the related courses of pain related nursing should be improved and the practical training of pain nursing management should be carried out.
