摘要
装配式建筑作为发展新型建筑工业化的基础,成为了我国建筑业改革的重要举措和工作抓手。梳理总结了装配式建筑各级政策、国行地标准和技术标准化。介绍了浙江省绿色建筑专项规划、容积率奖励、钢结构装配式住宅试点示范、管理与考核等标准化实施路径以及地方初步设计专篇模板、图审要点、评价标准实施细则等标准化管理办法。可为其它地区装配式建筑推行工作提供参考借鉴。
As the basis for the development of new building industrialization, the assembled building has become an important measure and propulsion mode of construction industry reform in China. The article summarizes the policies, technical standards and technical standardization about the assembled building,at various categories introduces the standardization implementation paths(including the Green Building subject planning, the awarding policy of floor area ratio, the demonstration of assembled residential buildings with steel structure, the detailed rules of government management and assessment at provincial level, etc.) as well as the standardization management methods(such as preliminary design template of assembled building, key points of drawing review and detailed rules for the assessment standard at local level, etc.) in Zhejiang Province,which could provide reference for the implementation of assembled building in other regions.
