结合BIM技术的3D激光扫描在建筑装饰施工中质量检查的应用 被引量:5

摘要 国家规定建筑装饰工程施工质量验收以检验批资料作为主要验收方法。这种方法是按照概率论和数理统计的原理从调查研究的总体中随机抽选样本得出结论,并不能真正反应现场实际工程质量,并且检验批资料数据通常不能反映现场实际情况。近年来BIM技术高速发展,3D激光扫描技术以可三维展示性脱颖而出,能够非接触高速精确地获取目标物的三维坐标数据,经过内业软件处理,建立目标的三维数字模型,与依据设计构建的BIM模型进行对比误差,为装饰工程质量检查验收提供依据。本文将探讨使用3D激光扫描技术辅助或者替代传统的建筑装饰工程质量验收方法的可能性。 According to the national regulations, the inspection lot data is the main acceptance method for the construction quality acceptance of building decoration project. This method is based on the principle of probability theory and mathematical statistics, and draws a conclusion from the random sampling of the overall investigation targets, which can not really reflect the actual situation of project quality on site, and so as the inspection lot data. In recent years, with the rapid development of BIM Technology, 3D laser scanning technology stands out for its three-dimensional display, which can obtain the threedimensional coordinate data of the target object with non-contact, high-speed and high-accuracy. After software processing,it establishes the three-dimensional digital model of the target, and compares the error with the BIM model built according to the design, so as to provide the basis for the quality inspection and acceptance of decoration project. This paper will explore the possibility of using 3D laser scanning technology to assist or replace the traditional quality acceptance method of building decoration projects.
