摘要
目的探讨重症医学科营养支持小组干预在重型颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月我院收治的70例重型颅脑损伤患者,随机分为两组各35例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行重症医学科营养支持小组干预。比较两组的营养指标以及胃肠功能紊乱发生率。结果转出重症医学科时,两组的血浆蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白水平均较护理前显著升高,且观察组的血浆蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的胃肠功能紊乱发生率为5.71%,显著低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05)。结论重症医学科营养支持小组干预有助于进一步改善重型颅脑损伤患者的营养状况,降低患者胃肠功能紊乱发生风险。
Objective To explore the application effect of nutritional support group of intensive care unit in nursing of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 70 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nutritional support group intervention of intensive care unit on the basis of routine nursing.The nutritional indicators and the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results When transferred out of intensive care unit,the levels of plasma protein,prealbumin and transferrin in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and the levels of plasma protein,prealbumin and transferrin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the observation group was 5.71%,significantly lower than 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional support group intervention of intensive care unit can help to further improve the nutritional status of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and reduce the occurrence risk of gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients.
