摘要
目的 研究竹圈姜灸联合耳穴埋豆治疗风寒湿痹证膝痹病患者的疗效。方法 将110例风寒湿痹证的膝痹病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组。对照组55例采用常规治疗,试验组55例在对照组基础上加竹圈姜灸联合耳穴埋豆,运用观察性研究方法对患者进行对比性研究。结果 2组患者治疗后试验组VAS和WOMAC评分均低于对照组,AIMS2-SF评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 竹圈姜灸联合耳穴埋豆对于风寒湿痹证的膝痹病患者治疗效果显著。
Objective To study the curative effect of bamboo circle ginger moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint pressing in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome. Methods 110 cases of knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method. The 55 cases of the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the 55 cases of the experimental group were added with bamboo circle ginger moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint pressing on the basis of the control group. The observational research method was used to conduct a comparative study on the patients. Results After treatment,the VAS and WOMAC indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the AIMS2-SF index was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P> 0.05). Conclusion Bamboo ring ginger moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint pressing has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia syndrome.
