摘要
留置针输液在临床广泛应用,但因静脉留置针所引起的相关感染并造成严重疮口的例数也逐年增加。我国中医学不断发展,在促进创面修复愈合方面的研究也在不断深入,使用中医药在进行创面外治方面存在着较大的作用和意义。以往研究显示生肌玉红膏在治疗创面愈合方面具有明显的修复和促进作用。文章报道1例生肌玉红膏治疗留置针感染伤口的个案。该患者手背部创面属于压疮分期2期,使用生肌玉红膏换药并进行常规护理,包括创面清洗、创口敷药、影像记录和保健护理。经过28 d治疗,患者疮面明显干燥收敛好转。生肌玉红膏对疮面无刺激性,患者无不良反应,治疗留置针感染伤口疗效较好,效果明显,值得临床推广使用。
Indwelling needle infusion is widely used in clinic practice,however,cases of infected wound caused by indwelling needle are increasing every year.With the development of TCM in China,there are a lot of studies show that it is of great significance to treat wound with TCM.Shengji Yuhong(SJYH)ointment(生肌玉红膏)shows significant repair effects in treating wound in previous studies.In this study,we reported a case of SJYH ointment in treating infected wound caused by indwelling needle.The infected wound was on the back of the hand of patient,which belonged to stage 2 of pressure ulcer.The patient was treated with SJYH ointment combined with conventional nursing,including wound cleaning,wound dressing,image recording and health care.After 28 days of treatment,the wound became obviously dry and astringent.SJYH ointment has no irritation and there was no adverse reactions in the patient.It has good curative effect in treating infected wound caused by indwelling needle,which is worthy of clinical application.
