摘要
目的:探讨加味半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎对患者胃镜征象中充血及水肿程度的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年5月武都区第一人民医院收治的106例慢性胃炎患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组及对照组,对照组53例患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组53例患者在对照组的基础上给予加味半夏泻心汤进行治疗,治疗4周后比较两组患者中医证候评分、胃镜征象及胃液疗效。结果:观察组患者治疗后胃脘胀满、疼痛、烧心、嗳气、纳差评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者水肿、充血及糜烂程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后游离酸、总酸水平高于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性胃炎患者给予加味半夏泻心汤有利于降低胃组织黏膜表面充血、水肿、糜烂程度,调节机体胃液成分,从而改善患者的临床症状。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the Banxia Xiexin decoction(半夏泻心汤)on the degree of hyperemia and edema in the endoscopic signs of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:A total of 106 patients with chronic gastritis were selected.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method.53 patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and 53 patients in the observation group were treated with the Banxia Xiexin decoction more.After 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score,gastroscopic signs and gastric juice efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of epigastric distension,pain,heartburn,belching and tolerance in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degrees of edema,hyperemia and erosion in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of free acid and total acid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of lactic acid in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic gastritis with the Banxia Xiexin decoction is beneficial to reduce the degree of congestion,edema and erosion on the mucosal surface of gastric tissue,regulate the composition of gastric juice,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
