摘要
目的:探讨自拟方二仙健膝汤合丁桂全蝎散治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年4月-2020年4月湖南省湘潭市中医医院膝骨性关节炎肝肾不足、筋脉瘀滞型患者90例,按照简单随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组45例。研究组采取二仙健膝汤口服合丁桂全蝎散外敷,对照组采取硫酸氨基葡萄糖口服及复方祖司麻止痛膏外敷。统计两组治疗前后中医证候积分、相关炎性因子水平、治疗效果、不良反应。结果:治疗1个月、3个月后两组中医证候积分较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组炎症因子水平显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采取二仙健膝汤合丁桂全蝎散治疗膝骨性关节炎,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,提高临床治疗效果,且具有安全性。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Erxian Jianxi decoction(二仙健膝汤)plus Dinggui Quanxie San(丁桂全蝎散)on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2020,90 patients were divided into the study group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The study group was treated with the Erxian Jianxi decoction plus Dinggui Quanxie San,and the control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate and compound Zusima Zhitong ointment(复方祖司麻止痛膏).Results:After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the score in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the total efficiency in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Erxian Jianxi decoction plus Dinggui Quanxie San on knee osteoarthritis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the clinical treatment effect,with safety.
